An Open Class is to be held at 06:00 PM on tuesday 01-06-2021 on Postgraduate in Customer Relationship & Experience Management (CRXM) (Face-to-face).

Simplicity, convenience, customisation, transparency, immediacy... In a hyperconnected world, clients' demands are constantly increasing. We invite you to this open class to discover the key factors in companies that succeed in growing by connecting with their clients' needs, and how others are still trying.

The speaker

Jonatan Amenedo, CEO of Dative.

The holder of a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), an MBA from ESADE and master's degree in Big Data Science from MBIT School (Madrid). In 2017 he founded Dative, a start-up that creates tools to make data driven growth accessible in corporations, and the company is now present in Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. He created this initiative after having worked for companies such as P&G, managing trade marketing operations, and as a strategy consultant in a wide range of telcos on a European scale, including Telenet (Belgium) and Virgin Media (United Kingdom), launching large-scale digital products using predictive modelling. He is also a lecturer on the postgraduate course in Customer Relationships and Experience Management at the UPC School.

The session will take place on-line using Google Meet.
