What do I have to do to be eligible for a discount or grant from the UPC School?
In order to benefit from a UPC School discount, you must specifically mention this to the person who will advise you during the registration process.
If you wish to apply for a grant, you must do so via the link provided to that end on the course website.
If I have already registered with a discount applied, can I apply for a grant later?
If you have already registered with a discount applied, you can apply for a grant afterwards as long as it is still valid. If you are awarded the grant, as they are not cumulative, the difference between the grant and the discount will be applied to your registration fee.
If I have paid the entrance fee for a UPC School programme, and I submit an application for a grant which ends up being rejected, will I be entitled to a discount when registering?
Depending on your case, you will be eligible for the discounts in force when you register. If you want to benefit from a discount that ends before the possible decision date of the grant, you can apply this discount when you register and afterwards, if the decision on the grant is not a positive one, as they are not cumulative, the difference between the grant and the discount will be applied to your registration fee.
If I apply for an Employment Help grant and later find a job, can the company I am working for pay part of the registration fee?
No. If you have received the Employment Aid grant because you were unemployed and this was justified when you registered, it will not be possible for the company to pay part of the registration fee if you subsequently find a job.
If I apply for an Employment Help grant because I am working and my income is low, can the company I am working for pay part of the registration fee?
Yes. In this case, payment of part of the registration fee by the company would not be incompatible with the grant.
